WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

Securely wrap your item, ensuring all original packaging and tags are attached. Make sure you have printed your consignment note from the returns portal and attach it to your package before lodging it with Australia Post. You can find your nearest Australia Post outlet here.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?

You can track your return via the Returns Portal by entering in your Request ID noted above. Alternatively, you can enter the consignment number on the Australia Post website.

Our customer care team will be in touch regarding your refund within the next 14 days after your return has arrived. If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to contact us.


WHAT'S NEXT?

Please allow time for your return to reach our fulfilment centre. This time may vary depending on your location.

If approved, refunds are carried out within 48 hours of receiving the return and you will be notified via email. Depending on your bank, your refund may take 2-3 working days to process.
